REGISTRATION APPLICATION 
(JUST FOR TEAMS)

To perform the registration on the website you must enter the tab “Register”; COMPLETE all the data required, always keeping your USERNAME AND PASSWORD, which you will use after to acess the differents tabs once the payments of the inscription are settled. 

PARTICIPATING CATEGORIES

2004 - Football 7

2005 - Football 7

2006 - 2007 - Football 7

2008 – 2009 - Football 7 

2010 – Football 6 (Cherubims)

The tournament is open to all clubs that are affiliated to an association or federation associated with FIFA.

In the categories (2004) and (2005) teams are divided into groups of five or six teams. This categories will be played separately.

In category (2006-2007) teams will be divided into groups of four or five teams.

In category (2008-2009) teams will be divided into groups of four or five teams.

In the category 2010, all groups will be formed by four teams.

The first phase will run in "league" system. The two best will remain classified for "GOLD TOURNAMENT", and the following for "SILVER TOURNAMENT". The rest of the teams will play for "BRONZE TOURNAMENT" and "FAIR PLAY".

INSCRIPTION

The teams who wish to participate must buy MUNDIALITO PACKAGE (accommodation and Mundialito Line). The registration fee for the tournament is € 48 per player and each member of the technical staff plus the option to choose accommodation that is on our website tab of Hotels.

The subscription minimum is 12 players.
The field may only enter 12 players (7 members and 5 alternates).
For Technical Staff a minimum of three and a maximum of five adults.

Coaches should be titrated.
Players and Technical Staff can’t be repeated in other categories (teams). They can only participate in one category (team).

2010 - Cherubims - Football 6 Players
Only for children born in 2010.

For the category (2010) of “football 6”, the teams will have a minimum of 10 players.
Can enter the field only 10 players, 6 members and 4 alternates.
In this category can play football schools not affiliated to the League, FIFA associations or federations.

ACCREDITATIONS

Each participant will receive an accreditation personalized and individual of nontransferable use. All of the teams, without exception, must attach a photo of each individual player and member of the technical staff in the profile created by each team on our website respecting the stated size. The steps you must follow are:

1- Enter the profile of the team with the user and password
2- Go to the tab "Registration Team" "Players" "technical staff"
3- Enter all data and corresponding photograph (passport size like it’s explained on our website)

IMPORTANT: Once all the data about the players and members of technical staff are included, press the button “Send data” and wait until it appears the following message “the data have been modified”. To fill all the data and include the photographs is required in order to be accredited. 

MEDICAL COVERAGE
(ONLY DURING THE DAYS OF THE TOURNMENT)

Medical assistance only covers accidents in the playing fields. It does not include medications, surgical procedures or the long-term treatment. The teams wishing another type of medical coverage must hire for their own.

WARRANTY BY PURCHASE OF THE PACKAGE MUNDIALITO FOR PARTICIPANT TEAMS

In order to participate all teams must buy the package Mundialito. The different offers of ACCOMMODATION are on the "HOTEL" tab.

INFORMATION FOR THE ACCOMPANYING PERSONS OF TEAMS PARTICIPANTS IN MUNDIALITO

The Services Department of Mundialito offers the PACKAGE ACCOMMODATION MUNDIALITO also for parents and relatives. You can find the HOTEL OFFER on the HOTELS tab on our website. Most hotels are 3 and 4 star with affordable prices and great quality. This package also includes the service MUNDIALITO LINE (transportation from hotels to playing fields).

SHUTTLE SERVICE AIRPORT - HOTEL - AIRPORT

The nearest airport to the headquarter of Mundialito are FARO AIRPORT (Algarve - Portugal) 45 Km. away; SEVILLE AIRPORT (Spain) 160 Km. away; and LISBON AIRPORT (Portugal) 350 Km. away. 
This service is not included, and must be requested budget and availability.

PAYMENTS

Once the inscription payment is settled, plus the 20% of the accomodation (1st payment) you will recieve the autorization to complete the forms of the participators and club and proceed to the data of inscription with your username and password.

This initial payment is not refunded in any case.

The premiums for Mundialito 2017 will be:

· An individual trophy for the best delegation in the inaugural parade. (BEST PRESENTATION)
